This guide will help you pair your VitalTrack Pro device with your smartphone and other compatible devices. Follow these steps carefully to ensure a successful connection.

Step 1: Smartphone Pairing

  1. 1 Prepare your smartphone:
    • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled
    • Update the VitalTrack app to the latest version
    • Check for system updates on your phone
    • Clear Bluetooth cache if needed
  2. 2 Prepare your device:
    • Ensure the device is charged (at least 50%)
    • Power on the device
    • Enable pairing mode (press and hold the power button for 5 seconds)
    • Wait for the pairing indicator to flash blue
  3. 3 Complete the pairing:
    • Open the VitalTrack app on your smartphone
    • Tap "Add New Device"
    • Select "VitalTrack Pro" from the list
    • Confirm the pairing code on both devices
Pro Tip: Keep your smartphone and device within 3 feet of each other during the pairing process for the best connection.
