Step 1: Smartphone Pairing
- 1 Prepare your smartphone:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled
- Update the VitalTrack app to the latest version
- Check for system updates on your phone
- Clear Bluetooth cache if needed
- 2 Prepare your device:
- Ensure the device is charged (at least 50%)
- Power on the device
- Enable pairing mode (press and hold the power button for 5 seconds)
- Wait for the pairing indicator to flash blue
- 3 Complete the pairing:
- Open the VitalTrack app on your smartphone
- Tap "Add New Device"
- Select "VitalTrack Pro" from the list
- Confirm the pairing code on both devices
Pro Tip: Keep your smartphone and device within 3 feet of each other during the pairing process for the best connection.
Step 2: Wi-Fi Configuration
- 1 Connect to your network:
- Open the VitalTrack app
- Go to Device Settings > Wi-Fi
- Select your home network
- Enter your Wi-Fi password
